Source of acquisition is the Yad Vashem, Record Group M.1.L. The questionnaires were created and distributed by The Central Historical Commission (CHC) of the Central Committee of Liberated Jews in the U.S. Zone, Munich. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Archives Project transferred microfilms to the Museum Archives in Dec. 2007.
