Selected records from North African colonies

Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.

These documents, which have diverse origins, were repatriated when Algeria gained its independence in 1962. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the Archives Nationales d'Outre-Mer via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archives Programs Division in Feb. 2005.
