Acquisition
Source of acquisition is the British Public Record Office fonds FO 425/416, FO 421/324-325, FO 434/5, FO 438/13-14, and FO 937/165. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Program Division in Aug. 2002.
Scope and Content
The collection consists of correspondence and reports of the British Foreign Office concerning the situation for Jews in the Balkans. Also contains a file concerning the investigation of Nazi medical experiments on human beings.
