Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.

Records from the Slovak Ministry of the Interior (Department 14) during the administration of Jozef Tiso, and Ministry of Industry and Commerce (Department 7). Thereafter held by the Slovak National Archives. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Programs Division ordered the filming of the records in 1998. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives is receiving the microfilm reels in yearly transferes between 2000 and 2008, and latest transfers in 2010, 20011, and 2012. This is an ongoing project.

Arrangement is thematic. Organized in the following order: Slovak Ministry of the Interior (Department 14): Records of the administration of Jozef Tiso, dealing with "the Jewish Question in Slovakia” (Microfilm reels 1 - 943); Ministry of Industry and Commerce (Department 7): Post war restitution cases filed by Jewish survivors or their relatives as well as Jewish organizations concerning Jewish businesses and religious properties confiscated during the war (Microfilm reels 944 - continuing). Organized by geographical regions, and alphabetically by family or person names. This is ongoing project.
