Source of acquisition is the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej-Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu (Institute of National Memory, Main Commission for the Investigation of Crimes Against the Polish Nation). The Instytut Pamięci Narodowej selected the records from Sygn. 68 and filmed them for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives in 1993.
