The"M series Research Materials" sub-collection of the Aleksander Kulisiewicz collection was compiled by Aleksander Kulisiewicz from ca. 1960 to ca. 1979. It most likely represents a central filing system (alphabetical by name of concentration camp) by which Kulisiewicz arranged other sub-collections of his archive. The collection was purchased from Krzysztof Kulisiewicz, Aleksander Kulisiewicz's son, in the fall of 1990. It was received by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives staff on Mar. 2, 1992.
