Acquisition
Richard Davies, son of donor, sent her completed questionnaire to Mr. Robert Buckley in Dec. 1991. (The date on which it was completed is not indicated in the questionnaire text.) Mr.Buckley turned over the questionnaire to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Oral History Department in Feb. 1992. Apparently, that department already had on file the photocopies of family album pages that form the other part of the accession. In Nov. 1992, The Oral History Department transferred to United States Holocaust Memorial MuseumA both the questionnaire and the album pages, while retaining copies in its own departmental files to supplement its taped interview with Ms. Davies.
