Source of acquisition is the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej-Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu, Sygn. 73. The records were created by the Gendarmerie Kreis Wollstein (Wolsztyn, Poland) from ca. 1940 to ca. 1942. After World War II, the records were deposited in the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej - Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu in Warsaw. The microfilms were received by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives in 1993.
