The Häftlingspersonalbogen were created by officials at Auschwitz concentration camp from May 1942 to Oct. 1944. Microfilm copies of the forms were created in 1992 and 1993. The film was delivered to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives on 23 Apr. 1993.

Contains Häftlingspersonalbogen (prisoner registration forms) 5,251 through 5,423 for male prisoners at Auschwitz, April-October, Each. The Häftlingspersonalbogen contain information on a particular individual, such as date of birth, place of birth, marital status, date of arrest, date of entry into the camp, nationality, occupation, religion, race, and physical appearance. Also included is information about divisions of the Reichssicherheitshauptamt making arrests of Jews to be sent to Auschwitz.
