The Häftlingspersonalbogen were created by officials at Auschwitz concentration camp from May 1942 to Oct. 1944. Microfilm copies of the forms were created in 1992 and 1993. The film was delivered to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives on 23 Apr. 1993 by Jerzy Halberzstadt, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives Project Director for Poland.

Contains Häftlingspersonalbogen (prisoner registration forms) 3,001 through 3,750 for male prisoners at Auschwitz. Each of the Häftlingspersonalbogen contains information on a particular individual, such as his date of birth, place of birth, marital status, date of arrest, date of entry into the camp, nationality, occupation, religion, race, and physical appearance. Also included is information about divisions of the Reichssicherheitshauptamt making arrests of Jews to be sent to Auschwitz. This particular group of forms includes information on a large number Greek Jews brought to Auschwitz from Salonika (Thessalonikē), Greece.
