"Die Zigeunerfrage" was written by Tobias Portschy in 1938. A copy was made of the original, which is found in the library of the Dokumentationsarchiv des österreichischen Widerstandes - DÖW (08085), and donated to the USHMMA via Sybil Milton. Copies made from the holdings of another archives. No deed of gift required
