This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
Source of acquisition is the Bundesarchiv, Berlin, Germany, Record Group R 69. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Programs Division acquired the microfiche from the Bundesarchiv in Berlin, Germany, in Oct. 1999. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the microfiche in Jan. 2000.
Scope and Content
Contains general files including activity and situation reports, statistics, and guidelines and standards for bestowing citizenship on Volksdeutsche being transferred from eastern and southern Europe. The collection is partially digitized.
