Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
Source of acquisition is the Bundesarchiv, Berlin, Germany, Record Group 59. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Programs Division acquired the microfiche from the Bundesarchiv in Koblenz, Germany, in Oct. 1999. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the microfiche in Nov. 1999.
Scope and Content
Records relate to the activities of the agency in directing and overseeing German "Volksgruppen" outside Germany proper, especially population transfers (Umsiedlungspolitik), transit facilities, and ideological indoctrination.
