Source of acquisition is the Derz︠h︡avnyĭ arkhiv Khmelʹnyt︠s︡ʹkoï oblasti (State Archives of Khmelnytskyi Oblast). The records were created by Ukrainian civil authorities during the occupation period. After review by Soviet security agencies, they were transferred to the State Archives of Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum acquired copies of the records in 1996, new accretions were added in 2017, and a last accretion in 2018. The duplication project is complete.
