This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.

Source of acquisition is the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej-Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu, Warsaw, Poland, Sygn. GK 377. Records created by the Prosecutor’s Office of a Special Appeal Court in Lublin, Poland and later transferred by the court’s archives to the IPN. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the IPN via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in July 2012.
