Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
Source of acquisition is the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej, IPN (Institute of National Remembrance), Poland, Sygn. GK 299. Records created by the District Court in Zamość, Poland, and later transferred by the court’s archives to the IPN. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the IPN via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in July 2012.

The system of arrangement of the source repository has been preserved in the microfilmed reels. Arrangement is numerical by the court files, and mainly alphabetical by names of defendants.
