Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.

Source of acquisition is the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej-Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu (IPN), Poland, Sygn. GK 283. Records created by the Sąd Okręgowy w Rzeszowie (SOR) (District Court in Rzeszὀw), Poland, and later transferred by the court’s archives to the IPN. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the IPN via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in July 2012.

Sposób uporządkowania

The collection is arranged alphabetically by the name of the defendant. The case file numbers are included following the file name, together with the abbreviation “SOR”, which is the Polish abbreviation for the District Court of Rzeszὀw, e.g, “Buszta, Andrzej…. (SOR 137)
