Acquisition
The Archives of the Department of the Corrèze is the owner and holder of originals. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the Mémorial de la Shoah, who paid for the costs of reproduction, via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s International Archives Project in May 2010.
Scope and Content
Contains selected records from the Departmental Archives of the Corrèze pertaining to French and foreign Jews fleeing the occupied zone and seeking refuge in the Corrèze, as well as the internment of Jews, and work brigades in the Corrèze.
