The Archives of the Archives départementales du Lot-et-Garonne is the owner and holder of originals. This is a cooperative project. The acquisition was paid by the Mémorial de la Shoah, Centre de Documentation Juive Contemporaine. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s International Archives Project in November 2009.

No restrictions on access. The microfilms and digitization of judicial records under call number 2 U are currently held by the Departmental Archives of the Lot-et-Garonne. They should be requested by USHMM when the 100-year reserve is up in 2046.
