Biografia twórcy

In 1864, a new charter of the gymnasiums was adopted. At the head of secondary schools were the director. The main contingent of gymnasium students were the children of noblemen, bureaucrats, and clergy. The director was subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Cults of Romania.

Observation of the activities of the high schools of Bessarabia; statistics on the number of teachers and students; statements for the payment of salaries to the teachers; school survey reports; information about primary education in different counties; minutes of meetings of pedagogical councils of gymnasiums; class magazines; school programs. Documents of state and private gymnasium and pro-gymnasium foundations subordinate to the Bessarabian director of public education: documents on the work of gymnasiums and pro-grammar schools; statistics on the students in gymnasiums; student writing; petitions from parents for the admission of their children to the gymnasium; student records; certificates of graduation from high schools et al.

В 1864 году был принят новый устав гимназий. Во главе средних учебных заведений стояли директора. Основным контингентом учащихся гимназий были дети дворян, чиновников, духовенства. Директориат подчинялся Министерству просвещения и культов Румынии.
