The fonds consists of personal documents of residents (154108 personal cards), documents of the municipality concerning everyday life, applications from residents about various matters, list of owners of private property, register of the administrative and criminal cases in the district, documentation about prisoners of the Vilnius ghetto, about prisoners of war, personal cards of war refugees, list of women who lived in the camp in Vilnius (wives of Soviet soldiers and officers), lists of staff of the municipality, etc.
