Joining Tito's partisans was often the only way that Jews of Croatia/the territory of the Independent State of Croatia were able to survive. Thus, collections regarding local NOB (Croatian acronym for the anti-fascist units, which in most towns were self-organized) will likely provide important insights into lives of Jewish participants in the anti-fascist struggle.
