Acquisition
The fonds’ documents were taken over from the successor of the District Court in Znojmo in 1964 by the State Regional Archives in Brno (today the Moravian Provincial Archives), where they were also arranged. Later the fonds was transferred to the State District Archives in Znojmo and expanded with addenda.
Scope and Content
The significance of this fonds is only supplemental. From relevant sources, it contains only inheritance files from 1938–1945 and/or guardianship and custodial files from 1938–1945, or testaments from 1938, 1941–1944. Persons of Jewish origin will apparently be recorded in these materials only in exceptional cases.

The fonds contains assisting books and files.
