Przejęcie

Documents of the Amtsgericht Stod were stored in the registry office of the court building. After its cancellation in 1945, the files were taken over by the renewed District Court in Stod, the successor of which - the People's Court Stod – handed them over to the State Archives in Pilsen probably in 1960. The archival collection was transferred to the State District Archives in Pilsen-South with the seat in Blovice in 1995. Unarranged part of the archival collection was found during a general inventory taking carried out in the archives in the year 2001. These include files with the call No. K (distrait) and E (incapacitation) from the years 1939-1945.

Zakres i treść

The archive fonds contains archival records resulting from the activity of the Amtsgericht (District Court), which operated in the area of the judicial district of Stod during the German occupation, where also inhabitants of Jewish lived. Especially files with call No. EhR of the Heritage court, writings with call No. HRA and HRB of the Commercial register can be recommended for further inspection. It can be presumed that the Jewish-related matters could also be found in files with others call numbers. Searching can be simplified by preserved lists of names and registers kept for the individual court agendas. General regulations concerning Jewish foundations can be found e.g. under No. 34, 34 I, files on forced sale of real estate of Jewish owners can be found under No.37, 37 I.

Sposób uporządkowania

The inventory provides access to books, files and registry finding aid divided into own judicial agenda and the agenda of the heritage court.
