Extent and Medium
2,09 linear meters
Acquisition
Documents were handed over to the Olomouc branch of the State Archives in Opava in 1961 from the State Central Archives in Prague and the State Archives in Brno. How the materials made it to these two archival institutions is unknown. The fonds was arranged in 1962 and a temporary inventory list was created for it.
Scope and Content
Despite the fact that this concerns a fonds of an important administrative institution from the period of German occupation, unfortunately only fragments of its documents have been preserved. The fonds contains documents relating in particular to Aryanisation of Jewish property. This specifically concerns materials documenting records, expropriation and administration of Jewish property (card files) including various lists of Jewish enterprises, 1939–1942 (box№ 10–15, inv. №19, call № Wirtsch II).
System of Arrangement
The fonds is structured by the agendas of the individual departments: Central department, Registry department, Official treasury, Political department, Police department, Self-government department, Citizenship department, Social security department, Economic department, Supply and agriculture department, Labour department and Forest management department.
