      <p><![CDATA[This is the most important of all fonds of the occupation judiciary within the territory of the Sudetenland region. The general files contain files regarding legal representation of Jews: Procedural agents (Jewish consultants) (1938–1943), the Jewish consultant Dr. Oswald Israel Glück with registered office in Cheb (1939–1944), the Jewish consultant Dr. Hans Israel Wolf with registered office in Liberec (1939–1942), the Jewish consultant Dr. Richard Israel Pollak with registered office in Opava (1939–1941), the Jewish consultant Dr. Erwin Israel Kunstwälder in Opava (1939–1943), the Jewish consultant Dr. Arthur Israel Guttfreund in Teplice (1939–1940), the Jewish consultant Dr. Felix Israel Löwy in Teplice (1939–1940) (inv. № 230). Group IV. department XI. Judicial press service contains copies of actions and judgements of Sondergerichts (special courts) in Cheb, Litoměřice and Opava from 1939–1944, also containing judgements on Jewish people living in the Sudetenland (inv. № 517). The file Jews (1939–1943) and the file Racial slurs (1938–1942) hold newspaper cuttings providing information about criminal prosecution of Jews (inv. № 517).]]></p>

      <p><![CDATA[At the end of the war, the most important files were burned by the Nazis. The State Archives took over the fonds in 1957 and 1960. The fonds was inventoried in 1959–1960. An index was created in 1964 for the personal files of higher-ranking employees. In 1994, a catalogue was processed of the files of the Sondergericht (Special Courts), which were although part of the Oberlandesgericht of Litoměřice, actions and judgements were only preserved in this fonds. Internal appraisal was performed in 1997–1998 and a new inventory compiled.]]></p>
