This process might take few months, so planning way in advance is required. In addition, the application must include the purpose and the theme of the study as well a list of all archives applicant is interested in working with. Only after receiving a written permission from the authority is it possible to make arrangements with specific archives. The permission is good for one calendar year. There are no archival guides available online yet and only few printed.
