It was placed in the Block nr 1 of the former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz.  After the local administration reform in 1975 the archive was subordinated to the Katowice State Archive. In 2015 the archive was liquidated and all its collections transferred to the archive in Bielsko-Biała.]]></p>
