It contains more than 75,000 manuscripts mainly of Dutch composers, more than 200,000 letters, thousands of pictures, all kinds of personal documents (diplomas, certificates, diaries, etc.) and audio and video material. Actually this collection is the "memory" of composing and making music Netherlands.]]></p>

            <opening>The Haags Gemeentearchief (the Hague municipal archives) has two reading rooms. The reading room on the ground floor is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. The second reading room is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm.</opening>
