Both locations of the Noord-Hollands Archief have a reading room. The reading room at the Jansstraat is opened from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm (except in July and August). The reading room at the Kleine Houtweg is open from Tuesday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. The archive at the Jansstraat is located in the center of Haarlem, only a five minutes walking distance from the train station. Parking is available at the parking garage at the Damstraat, Stationsplein or the Raaks. Parking is also possible in the Jansstraat, however there is only a very limited amount of parking spaces. The location at the Kleine Houtweg is located just outside the center of Haarlem, at a walking distance of around 25 minutes from the train station. There is a parking lot reserved for visitors of the North Holland Archives.
