Historia

The Archives were founded in 1848; between 1848 and 1861 they were named "Archivio della Camera del Regno di Sardegna", then between 1861 and 1946 "Archivio della Camera del Regno d'Italia".

The Archives hold archival records and legal acts produced by the Lower House of the Italian Parliament. Some more archival fonds (photo collections, archives of personalities) are equally held.
