The Jewish Heritage Centre of Western Canada

The Jewish Heritage Centre of Western Canada has an extensive archival collection that was started in the 1967 and was maintained and added to during the Jewish Historical Society of Western Canada's 30 year existence. The Jewish Heritage Centre now preserves and made these materials available for research.

Among others contains restitution- and/or compensation-related materials. has over 700 case files from the now-closed Winnipeg office of URO. They are only open to claimants or their immediate family.
