Държавен архив – Ямбол

State Archive in Yambol was created in 1959. After many reorganizations it became since 2010 the branch of the Regional State Archives in Burgas.

As of the 1st Jan. 2012 the total fonds’ amount of the Archive is 1216,50.19 linear metres with 2868 archival fonds (2748 public and 120 private) with 121 926 archival units; 628 partial accessions and 1684 memoirs. The Security fonds consists of 111 900 frames.

As for 1 I 2018 the archive contained 2884 archival collections (126 223 archival units)
