Държавен архив – Сливен

State Archive in Sliven was created in 1959. After many reorganizations it became since 2010 the branch of the Regional State Archives in Burgas.

As of the 1st Jan. 2012 the total fonds’ amount of the Archive is 1240.32 linear metres with 2218 archival fonds (2143 public and 75 private) with 147 628 archival units; 433 partial accessions and 916 memoirs. The Security fonds consists of 24 rols with 20 777 frames.

As for 1 I 2018 the archive contained 2225 archival collections (148 104 archival units)
